This training teaches comprehensive knowledge of the assessment and regulatory approval process in Germany and other European countries, under consideration of the guidelines on interoperability (TSI and NoBo). Individual technical specifications for interoperability establish which properties railway subsystems must exhibit in order to ensure a continually usable railway system throughout Europe. This module also includes common methods for risk evaluation and assessment (CSM), and safety guidelines for rail vehicles (SIRF).
